Social enterprises are organizations that have economic and social goals. However, the performance of enterprise is still not satisfactory. In this study, researchers examined one developing in Indonesia, namely Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). This study aim to evaluates effect institutional pressure entrepreneurial orientation on enterprise. It looks at impact enterprise's financial performance. The population BUMDes Bengkalis Regency with a stratified random sampling technique. Respondents were managers.
